i hate my Work

My department's manager is an unsatisfied arsehole who needs to get laid more and spends most of his time in the office voluntarily although noone pays him to do so. The company itself has a staff turnover of 2.1 years, everyone works long long long hours without overtime pay or complaining and this is shamelessly required by the chairman. The employees are nice but timid, nonetheless, and I have been getting threats of getting fired because I don't do any overtime unless i get paid for it.
