i hate my Work

I work with a bunch of pessimists that talk gossip all day . Everyone cares about what everyone else is saying or doing instead of just doing their job and minding there own business.

There are a lot of psychopaths at my job too. I was sexually harassed by some creep that would constantly follow me around and leer at me. I also had some chick want to beat me up for no reason. She would constantly watch me and give me dirty looks to try to intimidate me. When I went to human resources to try to find out what her problem was all she said was that I called her names. Which I did no such thing. She also said that she didn't need to wait outside of work to beat me up that she would do it right there. Everyone found this amusing . Aren't there laws against this crap??

Why do they allow/hire people in the workplace that are emotionally retarded and psychotic? Shouldn't there be some kind of standard psychiatric background check to protect others. Everyone goes to work to make a living not to deal with miserable, no lifers that enjoy harming others.
