I am glad every day that  I am healthy enough to go work and make money. My job is not the greatest, and I do have problems with bosses, but, if it got bad enough, I would not stay and fucking whine about it. The answer is simple, bitches: QUIT! Stop your whining, and do something real about. You will stay where you are at because you keep yourself there. If you are too dumb to do anything about, then you deserve to be where you are at.
