i hate my Work

To Yoyo,
I guess you are a product of our educational system.  How quick of you to assume that I am  of poor white trash "ancestory". (Have you been listening to too much Malafunkshun on 93.9?)  I am Chamorro and it's people like you who make me wish that this island sinks in the ocean.  
At least trailer parks have meth labs; it shows that people there have some knowledge of chemistry!  What the fuck does Guam have?  I'm willing to bet that white trash kids are more intelligent than Guam's kids because the incidence of incest happens more in "our beautiful, island paradise".

I Work. It's not that I don't like my Work. It's just that

                                    I HATE MY Work.

I work at a call centre. What more can I say.

I work for a big corporation that doesn't know what it's doing. My co-workers are mindless drones. My bosses are fat, smarmy imbeciles who don't have a clue about real management. And above the work is BORING and people SHOUT at me over the phone constantly.

I'm smart. Like way smarter than this company. And every second spent in this hell hole is a second wasted miserably!

I HATE my work.

I've hated every job I've had except perhaps the lifeguard job when I was a teen.  I believe in loving what you do, doing what you love, being required to do nothing, and having what you love to do be something needed by society.  I believe in 4 hour work days, having all the help you need, and generally enjoying life.  There should be  a crime against bills.

Every day it's the same.  It just never stops.  Spend most of the day at the office, come home too tired to do much of anything.  I live for the weekends and retirement.   Most people are living for tomorrow.  I dream of one day being able to walk out and never coming back.  

Nursing sucks.  I am an RN and I do love people but nursing is the hardest job in the world and I wish I never would have paid $40,000 for my degree cause now I'm stuck in a job that I hate! I'm on antidepressants and antianxiety pills because of my fucking JOB!!  I am miserable and I hate my life.  

I'm a high school teacher.  That should be enough but let me elaborate.  The state of education on Guam is so pathetic that most "Advanced" high school students are probably reading at the 4th grade level.  Those who are deemed average are probably reading at the 1st grade level and the ones who are both alliterate and illiterate become politicians.  
The culture of Guam does not honor intellect, diligence, and hard work.  Rather, it promotes nepotism so the most incompetent waste of human tissue can easily become the "Big Boss" and earn twice as much compared to someone who is more deserving.
The most a typical Guamanian can look forward to after high school is probably some type of "career" in the military...preferably as Infantry.  Another option will be to bleed the welfare system dry by procreating incessantly.
Teaching on Guam is a definite waste of time.  In fact, I think this island is an entire waste of time!  Too bad I once considered this my home.  

I just got out of residency.  

Now I have 400k+ in student loans.  I work in a sweatshop practice as an associate and I make what a starter MBA makes (even less).   After taxes, student loan payments, and paying for food/gas - I am broke as shit.  I dont even eat out, go to bars, or buy anything unessential.

My boss/senior doctor is a sloppy practitioner that doesn't look at the xrays.  I already saved his ass once from a lawsuit by actually reviewing one of his cases.

The staff in this practice consists of uneducated lazy racists.  The boss is so fucking cheap that the only staff that works here are ones willing to accept basically minimal wage.  All they do is complain, gossip, and talk shit all day.  Half of them take some sort of medication for bipolar disorder, ADHD, or severe depression.  (Or should start to)

I dread going into work everyday to cover up for his mistakes.  I hate the fact that my name is associated with his.  I HATE MY JOB and I am going to start looking for another asap.

i hate my new job.  how am i supposed to know what to do when you haven't trained me? idiots! as for my coworkers, i hope all of you rot in hell! i'm not god so don't complain to me! if you get what you get it isnt my fault so stop bitching about it and do your damn job!

Woah there Reality... I was Born and raised in a third world country... Now I live in California and have a job that pays well that I hate. I spend everyday thinking how much happier I would be Living in a little run down town then living in the grandness of LA..... In my opinion one job can be just as horrible as another, it dosen't matter what color you "collar" is .

In my line of work I make the lives of the general public miserable, I work with Ignorant know it alls who think that they above everyone else, and I am often disrespected to uphold the tradition of my current career.

The only reason I continue to work with those asses is because my dad is a deadbeat who hasn't worked in eight years, so i have to pay the family's bills.
